Do you offer custom solutions?
Yes, we do! Contact support, let us know your requests, and we will get you setup with a custom solution just for you. Please include the requested CPU, RAM, STORAGE, UPLINK, and TRAFFIC requirements.
What can I put on a dedicated server?
We allow our customers to put software that is legal and permissible by the laws of the United States of America.
Do you offer additional IPs?
Yes! We can offer additional IPs if needed at $1.50/IP. However, we must follow proper ARIN regulation, therefore, justification for the additional IPs is required.
Are your plans contract-based?
Our plans are not contract-based, so there is no need to worry about trying to get out of a contract. We do offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual plans, which can be cancelled any time. Please note that in case of an immediate cancellation, you will not be eligible to a refund of the remaining unused period.
Can I announce my own IP block?
Yes, we can certainly get your IP block announced on our network. We only accept /24 blocks or bigger. Contact support via the client area to get your block announced.
Do you offer IPv6 addresses?
We currently do not support IPv6 addresses at this time. We only offer IPv4 addresses on our network.
